UK Shipping

£6.50 Shipped by DPD 48-hour service. Mainland UK delivered in 2-3 business days. Deliveries to Guernsey, Isle of Man, or Jersey may take slightly longer; please allow 3-5 business days.

International Shipping

$35 USD on orders under $200. $30 USD on orders $200 and above. Please allow 5-8 working days for delivery.

International Tracking
In order to track your order with us, you will need to have your tracking number with you. This can be located on your despatch confirmation email.

Most parcels will reach their destination within 2 weeks, however, some destinations may require additional time allowed for parcels to arrive.

Order Processing

Orders placed after 2 PM GMT or on Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched the following working day.

To track your parcel, please click on your tracking number at the top of the shipping confirmation email. 

Having trouble tracking your order? 
We will check your order status and give you an update. Please contact info@bossface.co.uk with the date your order was placed, your reference number for each order, your full name, billing address and phone number.

Please allow six working days before querying your UK order, or eight working days before querying your Northern Ireland, AB postcodes, Highlands and Islands orders.

Delivery Times

We will use reasonable endeavors to deliver your products on or before the date for delivery set out in the order confirmation or, if no date is set out in the order confirmation, within 14 days following the date of the order confirmation; however, we do not guarantee delivery by this date.

We’re confident you’ll love our products, but due to their nature, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been opened. Each formula is carefully crafted with high-quality ingredients to ensure effectiveness, meaning you likely won’t need to return it! However, in the rare event that a product is deemed defective, Bossface Ltd will provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging and remain unopened. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns.
