All orders are sent out by UK standard delivery. Orders placed after 2pm GMT or on Saturday/ Sunday will be dispatched the following working day. If you have any questions concerning delivery of your order, please contact our Customer Services department.

We offer a delivery service for international customers outside the United Kingdom where charges apply.

Due to the nature of the products we do not offer return on sale once products have been opened BOSSFACE LTD will provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the product is deemed defective. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. The product must be received in the packaging it was received and unopened.
