Ashley Wady is a highly respected skin specialist with over 20 years of clinical, education and business development. After earning her beauty and teaching qualifications, she worked with major companies like GSK, L’Oréal, and Aestheticare, managing over £7m in turnover. Furthering her expertise, Ashley completed her clinical qualifications at the Center for Medical Research and Science and gained hands-on experience in London GP surgeries. In 2020, she launched BOSSFACE Cosmeceuticals, combining her extensive knowledge of skincare and formulations. Appointed Director of SQT Bio Microneedling, she successfully expanded the brand to over 150 clinics nationwide and now leads the SQT UK & NI Team as the Lead Master and International Trainer. Currently, Ashley is furthering her expertise by studying cosmetic science.
